Hello all, my name is Sara Castro and welcome to my super fun blog! I am an almost 24 year old and an almost Ed.S./M.S. graduate from The Florida State University Mental Health Counseling Program. As a disclaimer, I promise that all you twenty-somethings out there can find refuge in my blog. I am also a twenty-something who hasn't completely figured out her life. What I do know is I have a passion for helping people realize their worth and improving their overall mental well being through counseling!
